This is Sharon who lost most of her eye-sight due to complications from diabetes. Last night, at Portage Place, after prayer, she got 20/20 eye-sight. She also got the encouragement that she is created in the image and likeness of God, and to use that image to see herself as strong, healthy and prosperous. She received the message with joy.
“But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just.” Luke 14:13, 14

Ten people went out to minister this Thursday, and went to Health Sciences, City Place, and Portage Place.
I was down with a flu bug, so I missed all the action.
Last night I went to Portage Place with Ken but we didn’t stick together, as he drove a lady, who needed a ride home.
I spent most my evening Talking with Joseph, (he’s a regular). I’ve been having good talks with him about generosity and prayer.
Gaylene introduced me to a man who had severe pain in his stomach, and we prayed for him. He said his pain was greatly reduced.
Then I met a lady who asked me for a smoke, I said I don’t have any cigarettes but I have something better. She asked what that was, and I told her the Holy Spirit. We prayed that she would know Him. We also prayed that she would experience the goodness of God in her life.
Pastor Lorraine’s Report:
I went to Portage Place with Les, Gelane, Gaylene, and Lani. It was a very slow night as the mall was not very busy and even outside, due to cold weather and blowing snow, there were fewer people.
When we came in Tanya was praying with an older aboriginal woman. Gelane prayed for a woman was sitting quietly on a bench just inside the mall entrance named Melvina. She was struggling with depression and addiction.
Les and I prayed for another young woman sitting quietly beside her. She seemed to be withdrawn and guardedly distant, but gladly received our prayer for her and her family. We gave her a toiletry kit which she was both surprised & grateful to receive.
Later, we made our way to the Food Court where we stopped and greeted a few people and connected with those from our H2O teams. Les stayed in the area while I went towards City Place with Gaylene and a few other H2O people where we prayed for various people we encountered along the way and stopped for about 15 minutes outside the abortion clinic alone the concourse. I anointed the doorway to the clinic with oil. We repented on behalf of our nation for the sin of abortion in Canada. And as we prayed we saw a number of things in our spirits, including a picture of a stone table (as in C.S. Lewis’ “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”), and we saw the table being split in two in our vision, completely destroyed. I believe that was symbolic of what God is going to do in our nation and bring down the spirit of ‘sacrificial’ death of the unborn in Canada. It was a powerful prayer time, one of the most powerful I’ve had since we started praying for this clinic to be shut down at least two or more years ago now!
