Heart Realm Healing: 3 Steps to Access Miracles

The most common question I get is simply: “How do I get healed?” The answer lies in understanding Heart Realm Healing.

We often approach healing as if we are trying to fix a broken physical object. We look at the sickness (the outer world) and try to throw prayer, willpower, or begging at it until it changes. But this approach misses the fundamental truth of how the Kingdom works.

There are two worlds: the Physical Realm we live in and the Heart Realm—an internal world that many don’t see or live from knowingly. God lives in that realm.

If you want to see the physical world change, you must learn that Heart Realm Healing is the superior reality.

The Mechanics of Heart Realm Healing

I recently shared my Instant Healing Testimony from a hiking accident at Fat Man’s Pass. When I smashed my ankle on that rock, the Physical Realm was screaming at me: “Pain! Panic! Swelling! You are injured!”

If I had stayed in that realm—reacting to the pain and begging God to fix it from the outside—I likely would have limped home.

Instead, I did something different. I engaged in Heart Realm Healing. I stepped back into the internal world that Jesus called “the Kingdom of God” and Apostle Paul qualified as “Christ in Us”. I closed my eyes and returned to the meditation I had been in earlier that morning. I didn’t try to “fix” the ankle; I shifted my location. I focused on the internal reality of being one with the Light of Jesus.

What happened next wasn’t magic; it was spiritual law. The superior reality of the Heart Realm (where there is no pain or brokenness) overwrote the inferior reality of the Physical Realm. Two waves of power washed over me, and the ankle was instantly 100% healed.

The Heart is the Source, Not Just a Container

Jesus taught clearly that the heart is the control center of your reality, not just a container for emotions.

In Matthew 12:34–35, He says:

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things…”

Notice the phrase “brings forth.” Your internal world is the factory; the external world is the product. If your Heart Realm is filled with the “treasure” of God’s peace, righteousness, and oneness, you will bring forth healing in your body. It is inevitable.

But the opposite is also true. If our internal world is filled with chaos, fear, and the constant rehearsal of our symptoms, we “bring forth” that reality. This is why Heart Realm Healing is about changing the source, not just the symptom.

What About the “Evil Man”?

In Luke 6:45, Jesus gives a warning that often confuses people:

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”

For those seeking healing, this can feel condemning. “Am I sick because I’m evil? Is there evil treasure in me?”

Absolutely not.

When Jesus speaks of “evil” here, He is exposing a distorted mindset—a consciousness rooted in judgment, separation, and fear. It is the inner narrative that says, “I am alone,” “God is far away,” or “I am disqualified.”

This “evil treasure” is simply the lie of separation. It blocks the flow of Heart Realm Healing not because God is punishing you, but because it clouds your vision of who you really are.

3 Steps to Access Heart Realm Healing

So, how do you do what I did on the trail at Fat Man’s Pass? Here are three steps to shift realms:

1. Use the Screen of Your Imagination: The tool of meditation is your access point. Use your imagination not to escape reality, but to immerse yourself and live from the true reality. Picture Jesus. See yourself abiding in Him. You are one body with him.
2. Shift Your Focus: You cannot focus on the pain and the Light at the same time. As I learned on the trail, you have to choose which world is more real to you.
3. Let Go of Performance: You don’t need to “work up” faith. You just need to rest in the God who is already there.

The Heart Realm is where thoughts, desires, and identity are born. When you change the source, the stream of your life—including your health—changes with it.
