#56 – Anger, Pain, Demons, and Salvations

#56 – Anger, Pain, Demons, and Salvations

Kingdom H2O Outreach Ministry – Thursday, July 6th, 2017 by Al Bayne
Spending time in the presence of God is the most important activity of your life. You need God’s presence in your life more than you need anything else. Nicky Gumbel
A total of 27 people came out to minister last night.  It was a beautiful evening, and Central Park was thriving with people.  Portage Place Mall was a little quiet.  My grandson went with another team to the Park, and he was involved in several prayer encounters and witnessed a couple of people fighting.  I had several conversations with different people, but no significant prayer encounters until about 9 PM.  I was walking back to the park and a lady with a baby engaged me in a conversation.  She said she was waiting for her boyfriend, who was being prayed for by a group of people nearby (see Lorraine below).  As I talked to her a First Nations man, with a sling on his left arm, was walking by.  He made eye contact with me and walked over to me.  About that time my grandson joined me.  The man with the sling asked me what I was doing, and I told him I was praying for people, and I asked if he would like prayer.  “For what,” he asked.  I said, “For your arm.”  He then pulled back his shirt collar and showed us a huge bandage from just under his neck to the top of his arm.  He told us he had been stabbed last night and should be in the hospital, but he left because he didn’t want to die there.  He also refused prayer.  Roy went on to tell us he made his living by being paid to hurt others or kill them if need be.  He added he had already killed 2, but had 2 to go (could be true, but maybe just a story).  I asked what he meant that he had 2 to go.  He said, “God took my mother, my daughter, and my girlfriend, and I am going to get even with him and get 1 up on him before I meet him.”  He pretty much controlled the conversation, not allowing us to say anything, and I wasn’t sure what to say to him anyway.  When he finished his story, which was way longer than what I wrote here, I said, “That’s a lot of anger can we pray for you?”  He refused.  I then said, “We are here every Thursday if you would like prayer meet us here next Thursday.”  He walked away.  I am not sure what that was all about.  Meanwhile about 5 feet from us a man received Jesus, and was delivered from a demon by other team members – see below.
Lorraine’s Report:

-Kendra:  Eerdman & Adina prayed for her leg which was a 10 pain; she said she felt something changing, but then quickly left.

-Conrad:  Was very troubled with hopelessness and deep sadness; Prayed over him for hope, joy, and peace; his countenance changed and his face lit up

-Woman with two young children:  Her husband died; was discouraged and heavy; prayed for hope and life to come and her countenance changed; asked her about Jesus and introduced the Gospel to both her and Conrad (her cousin it seemed); then her Mom came along and something shifted in the atmosphere; Mom moved on with the family and refused prayer

-Dark woman from Africa in Food Court:  Sitting all alone on a chair staring out the window; approached her and offered prayer; she refused but wanted money; when I asked what she needed it seemed like bus fare; went to Shoppers and bought a bunch of bus tickets and gave them to her; she was delighted

-Conrad #2:  Prayed for his aunt in the hospital; bought him some food

-Vietnamese man on the bench:  Joined Sancho/Geraldine and Sancho’s sister Nadia as they ministered to a Vietnamese man who could not speak much English; Sancho used Google Translator to communicate with him!  (isn’t technology wonderful at times?!)

-Mohammed:  Was a Christian with a cane who had trouble walking; Eerdman & Adina prayed for him; he was happy to meet another Christian (he was a believer); his gait/walk improved

-Dave & Brittany & baby:  I met Brittany last year outside the mall and prayed/prophesied over her and about 4 other women; God had healed her ear of deafness and prayed over her and her baby for a safe delivery and healthy baby; she had her baby (1 hour labour!) and was still able to hear out of her ear (PTL!); her baby was 6 mths old and very healthy and happy;  Brittany was grateful and knew God had answered those prayers.  She was a believer.  She began sharing with everyone around what God had done for her and her baby, etc.  We also met her boyfriend Dave.  He was very quiet and had a spirit on him; I could see it and his whole face/countenance was heavy.  Asked him what was going on.  He had someone curse him and/or put a spirit of witchcraft on him some time ago.  Brittany confirmed that it would torment both of them and even spirits would visit them in their apartment at night and move things, etc  Asked him if he wanted it gone.  He did.  We led him to the Lord first then prayed it off.  Les saw it leave.  Prayed for the filling of the Spirit of God and asked how Dave was doing.  He felt better and saw a shift in his countenance and face.  We asked God to bless him and show Dave His goodness and deep love for him.

-Met two African Christians from Eritrea (a Mom & son in 1st yr university; no Dad as he had died) who were handing out tracks; we told them we were believers in Jesus too and they were delighted; asked if we could pray for them.  We prayed and prophesied over them and blessed them.  They were very encouraged and surprised by our prayers!

So busy.  So much need.  So big a God!  What an honour to serve Him in this way.

Trevor’s Report:
Michelle, Mike, Hudson and I went to the mall and I saw someone who I recognized from Zion Church, playing the piano, I was happy to see him. I was of course so happy to say “Hi” to everyone who was surrounding the piano and they were happy to see me. I saw Lucas, the regular piano guy, and I met a guy named John.  I went to my friends’ place to pray before coming to Portage Place, and I had a pain in my chest and ‘Daddy’  told me that I was going to meet someone who has a heart problem. So when I met John he told me, “I have a problem with my heart, the doctor said that I have a hole in my heart.” I then prayed for him to command healing in his heart and that hole isn’t there but that it will be covered in Jesus name. He was happy that I prayed healing over him. John also said that on June 26th this year he had his Identity stolen from the government also had his bank account robbed and his account closed. I then sensed the Lord say to me to pray restoration to his Identity and his money to reopen his bank account. I also heard him say, “John’s Identity Isn’t Stolen, it is restored In Me. (I just want to tell you the reason why I say ‘Daddy’ is cause that’s what I heard God tell me to call him).
We then went to Central Park. I sat down at a picnic table and a guy came and sat at the table.  I saw in Him shame, past hurts, lots of pain from people who didn’t want him in their life. The man’s name was Eric, his kids are in CFS and he was just lost. I was telling him that he is a son of God and everything he told me is listed above for I knew what he was going to tell me before he spoke. I took his hand and he started crying and I cried with him. Eric took my hand to give me a kiss as a way of saying thanks.  After he did that I noticed my hand had blood on it, and then I noticed he had a bloody nose.  He said he had just been punched.  After some more conversation, Eric gave his life to Jesus and asked the Holy Spirit to fill his heart with Love, Joy, and Peace.  Eric repeated the words that I said and he was really joyful after that. I also spoke healing over his broken nose.  He was happy and gave me a hug.
Michelle adds:
Hudson, Trevor, Mike and I  met with Dustin.  He was willing to be prayed for as two days earlier his father passed away. Dustin seemed very thankful we stopped by.
Mike and I decided to go for a walk and noticed Vern sitting next to the fountain in Central Park. His arm was bandaged up.  Vern quickly agreed to have us pray for him.  Vern let us know while we prayed for his arm he felt heat, which is often a sign of healing.  Mike and I realized he knew God by how he spoke.  Vern asked us to pray for the person who had slashed his arm.  Vern never found out who had cut him.  Mike sat next to Vern and ministered a little longer.
Here is a picture of Eric sitting across from Hudson (15 years old in Blue shirt) and I wearing a brown shirt but can’t see my face of course.
